Dave is a UX Expert with over 20 years in UX/UI research and design, and human factors engineering. This designer has been responsible for internal and external user experience design, research, and product development on world-class applications for large and small companies, Fortune 500, and DoD/government agencies. He built relationships to facilitate a collaborative environment, and led distributed teams solving challenges through the creative process with innovative solutions based on user research. He is responsible for using a critical eye and empathy for the user to engineer the user experience, usability, interface design, research, testing and analysis, developing the interface, information architecture, and communicating user experience improvement recommendations at all levels of the organization. The company needed to consolidate mulitiple, outdated call center applications into a single, modernized system which would allow a single customer service representative to service all concerns a customer called about.
The company wanted to improve the mortgage prequalification flow by cutting the process down to the bare minimum needed for a prequalification letter, as most realtors require buyers to be prequalified before they will show a house.
The company wanted to update a boring and complicated black-and-white statement to a modern and understandable format. This format would also be converted to PDF for viewing online.
